We sell outdoor solar garden lights and low-voltage decorative lighting. We do not sell hardwired 110V/220V electrical devices.

We describe products as accurately as we can, including IP weather ratings and battery types. Illustrations are representative. We do not guarantee runtime, brightness duration, energy savings, or utility-bill reductions, as these depend on sunlight and conditions.

Our products are decorative and convenience lighting. They are not security, surveillance, medical, or life-safety devices and must not be relied upon for protection of people or property.

Install and use each product according to its included instructions, including correct battery handling.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order, in which case any payment taken is refunded.

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Returns are governed by our Returns policy: unopened items within 14 days, subject to the conditions stated there.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
